As of 22 June 1998, 92-00296 had accumulated 55.0 D model hours and 2,171.2 total aircraft hours. 92-00296 was a conversion from the original A model Chinook 62-02128. On 7 July 1992, 92-00296 was inducted into the D model program, converted, and initially scheduled for assignment to the Army National Guard, located in the State of Georgia. As of June 1995, the records available no longer list this aircraft. The last known location of 92-00296 was at Boeing during the conversion. Aircraft status: Unknown.
