             67-18456, Boeing build number B-426, was a CH-47B helicopter. The U.S. Army acceptance date was 6 November 1967. 67-18456 accumulated 3,444.1 aircraft hours. At some point, 67-18456 was assigned to the 159th Aviation Battalion located at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, through at least 1981. On 3 May 1981, 67-18456 was invloved in an accident while operating at Hopkinsville Municipal Airport (KHVC). While conducting four wheel taxi, 67-18456 taxied into a light pole damaging two aft rotor blades. On 7 June 1983, 67-18456 was inducted into the D model program, converted to 83-24115. Aircraft status: Converted to D model.
